Agony

                    I

Unable to express the loss of a dear one
Be it a wife or mother
Husband or Father
Sister or brother
Son or daughter!

                II

Sorrow - for life, commences
When a person is unable to express
One's feelings freely to some one.
Pain, fear and guilt - dominates
Turning the person to dust!

                  III

One can feel the agony
When left alone without a heart to hear
While weeping badly
With a choking throat of dryness
Not a soul to share the pangs of emotion
Repenting the birth of self
And longing to die forever and never be born!

                         IV

Many a time such situations arise
Many a time one has to experience
And realize that nobody loses
But the sufferer gains
When the special day dawns!
