Simple pleasures
Are true treasures
To cherish and nourish
One's heart and soul
With happiness and harmony!

To a child
A simple pebble is precious as gold
But the old and elderly
Have their own to hold
Some choose money
while others choose love
but quite a few choose Nature all above!

Not Knowing Why...?

I cry, I weep, I sob
Not knowing why?
Blaming God for my suffering
Then dawned realization
Flooding me with wisdom
Followed with happiness and peace
Transcending me to the World of Bliss!

World Of My Own

A world full of love and beauty
Is the only world I have known!
Suddenly, I realize
To become more wise
There are many more worlds to be explored
Though, science and math are not my kind
In all I believe
Is the life divine.
What is that…?
Divine wants us to do…?
To love and praise each other
Smile and be happy
For it paves a simple path to bliss
But we humans like snakes hiss
Out the venomous notions of materialistic pleasures
For that’s human’s treasure
Truly not! A false hope! A real hell!
Where pain and fear conquers them
Until their last breath
So the world of my own
Is nothing but love and beauty.
Which brings happiness to one and all!

I wish I were a butterfly
To flutter, flutter, and flutter by
And say hello
To all the fellows
I meet and make them smile
At least, for a short while
Let this spread
The happiness thread!

Happiness – The flower in bloom

Free from all tensions

Joyous flight in the space

Heights of happiness increase

Heart is at peace and harmony

Face bright, reflects mind’s

Sparkle of joy

Eyes glow with happiness

Expresses itself in the language of smile

Cheeks expose charm-ness

Lips bloom like a flower

With smile and laughter

Happiness, joy, overflows.

What a wonderful world filled with bliss

Heart is light

On its happy flight

Into the world of delight…!

Independent Flights

Marvelous is the experience of Independence

Ah, well, wonderful, it’s but another dependence

Heart so light, happy in its flight

Jolly mood, amidst the green woods

Casually cycling, carelessly riding,

In the un-traffic road

Mind filled with mirth, joy

No worries, responsibilities, burdens, on my shoulders

Free, free, free like the bird that flies swiftly high

In the beautiful sky

Enjoying the peace and ease

My soul shifts into the world of Nature

Sun so bright in its glorious light

My heart sings softly within

What a wonderful happy time to spend

Hope to have a continuous path that does not end!
