Writing is a healthy hobby as well as a wonderful skill! It helps us to share our thoughts, ideas and views about different things. Magazines were popular in those days. When we were young we used to write letters to our relatives and friends. And by sharing some incidents it helped us to learn, heal, and comfort. Some people have the habit of writing a journal or diary. No matter how interesting or eventful their day was, it was their every day ritual to write down the events of the day. Hence writing was therapeutic!!!
Now we write blogs. People maintain individual websites and add articles on a regular basis or a group of people either discuss or write on a particular subject. Blogging is very useful because we get a lot of information on a certain topic from browsing in the internet. Useful advice regarding particular disease or alternate health remedies are given. Lots of tips, references are given. Wide range of articles from politics to religion, business to education, fables and fantasies are discussed for the knowledge and fun of it. Most of all it's easily accessible by everyone around the world.
Blogging is therapeutic! Because we are able to communicate with people who share similar problems or similar subject matter. Be it yoga, health, children, family, literature, dance, music, etc. And we get to know the sites where we can proceed further to nurture and express our skills and talents. It is very informative and helps us with our doubts regarding any subject. Blogging involves both writing and sharing! And sharing is comforting, especially when it deals with some sorrowful incidents. It contributes a lot to either our physical or mental well being so blogging is therapeutic!
